Parking


There are two (2) parking structures for the 6700 & 6710 properties. The garage behind building 6700 and the garage located under the 6710 building. The garage located behind 6700 is available for all employees, while the garage located under 6710 is for authorized parking only. Employees are not authorized to park in visitor spaces, reserved spaces, the driveways, or the loading docks.

The 6700 Garage is managed by Vend Park.

Association Parking Time Limit.

  • 3-Hour Parking limit signs have been installed throughout the Association Parking Areas.
  • Towing will be enforced.
  • The garages serving each of the properties are open 24/7 to all visitors.

Carpool

There are nine (9) parking spaces reserved for carpools on this property. Carpoolers must register their carpools with the Property Management Office in order to be eligible to park in these reserved spaces. Carpoolers are only entitled to use their reserved space on the days when two (2) or more people ride together.

Please note, violations of the parking program will be enforced and vehicles found to be in violation are subject to being towed at the owner’s expense.

General Rules

  • As an employee of 6700 and 6710 Rockledge Drive, your parking privileges are for the parking structure behind 6700 and in the parking garage located under 6710 (authorized parking only). Employee vehicles found in areas other than these two structures are in violation of the program and are subject to be towed at the owner’s expense.
  • Employees are not authorized to park in visitor spaces, reserved spaces, the driveways, or the loading docks.

  • Employees are responsible for updating the information contained in the registration form. Updates can be communicated by the following:
    • Calling the Property Management Office at (301) 493-5585, or stopping by our office located at 6700, A Wing, C Level.
  • Violations of the program will be enforced and vehicles found to be in violation are subject to being towed at the owner’s expense.
  • If you have any questions, please contact the Property Management Office at (301) 493-5585.
  • Although employees have 24–hour access to enter the Garage 7 days a week. We do not allow overnight storage of vehicles unless the employee has a reserved space or has informed Property Management and filled out the “Overnight Parking Registration Form”. This form can be found under “Forms”.
