Emergency Notification


The Capital Gateway management team is happy to announce we are providing Capital Gateway an Alert Communications Systems called “One Call Now”

This will equip Capital Gateway with fast, reliable tools for sending alerts to many contacts at once across multiple devices, including text messages, phone calls and emails for emergencies such as:

  • Time-sensitive critical alerts
  • Active Assailant
  • Fire
  • Extreme weather - Snow Events
  • Power Outages, Etc.

You have all been added to the Alert system under one of the following sub-groups:

  • Capital Gateway management CG Team
  • CG Security-Janitorial-Parking
  • CG 6700 Tenants
  • CG 6710 Tenants

Work with management directly to send you all a test phone call & email shortly. We cannot text you until you opt in to receive text messages. We will hold off on the text message until a majority of you have opted into the system.

A few notes:

  • To receive texts, please text to 22300, the word ‘alert’. Please do so now.
  •  Emails: Your email system may send the One Call Now emails to spam. If you do not receive an email today, please check your spam for the email and click ‘permit’ to receive them.
